Sean Boushie continues to cyberstalk and commit crimes against Bill Windsor. This email was just received from a stolen identity account used by Sean Boushie, Sean Boushie wants to harass me by pretending I have done something wrong, but I haven’t.
I will tell you this. I don’t want to leave Missoula until this lowlife is arrested.

(b) reports to law enforcement authorities an offense or other incident within their concern knowing that it did not occur; or
(c) pretends to furnish law enforcement authorities with information relating to an offense or incident when the person knows that the person has no information relating to the offense or incident.
