I have certainly mastered remaining flexible. My plans were changed today by a dishonest attorney in Missouri. I despise dishonest attorneys. So, I had to spend some time preparing a motion to FedEx for delivery tomorrow. It did afford me some additional time to prepare for tomorrow.
Tomorrow is the day that I find out if the courts here are honest…or incompetent or corrupt.
Tomorrow, I attempt to get protective orders against Sean Boushie. Based on the law, there is no basis whatsoever for a judge to deny me. In Montana, when you send someone a cease and desist and they continue to harass you, that is prima facie evidence of stalking. And in Montana, if you are stalked, you get a protective order. It should be just that simple.
Cameras of several types will be rolling.
It’s 9:30 pm on August 8, 2013, and I am alive and well. I do need to get to a dermatologist soon as I have two spots on my face that are troubling. I had malignant skin cancer removed a few years ago, so I’m supposed to play it safe. Unfortunately, my travel schedule had me miss all of my regular check-ups over the last year.
